Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the headline terms and conditions on which we supply goods listed. You should understand that by ordering through any means you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the goods set out within this catalogue are net prices which do not include VAT, taxes, duty, carriage or any other charges.

We are experiencing volatile trading conditions, with this in mind we will do our best to maintain levels as published here, but all prices are subject to change.

Accounts are subject to status and normal terms are payment within 30 calendar days of the date of despatch of goods.

TITLE AND RISK

The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges, and any other goods that we have supplied.

GUARANTEES

We warrant that on delivery, the goods shall be of satisfactory quality, be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship. We also guarantee that goods comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements for selling the goods in the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY

We offer free carriage on all orders received to mainland UK postcodes, however orders received with a value below GBP100.00 may incur a charge or request that orders are collated, at our discretion.

We aim to deliver in-stock items next working day on all orders. However this is not guaranteed and time critical items should be discussed with our sales team before ordering. Saturday delivery is possible but will need to be arranged through our sales team and is liable to a surcharge. Please allow extra time for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. All pallets will be deemed returnable.

DEFECTIVE GOODS AND RETURNS

In the unlikely event that the Goods do not confirm to the outline terms and conditions, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We will then either authorise the return of the Goods and arrange collection or ask you to return the Goods to us.

Once we have checked that the Goods are faulty, we will provide you with a full or partial refund, replace the goods or arrange for repair. All breakages and/or discrepancies must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
